How does it work

FeaturePlus can be used with either analogue or IP Phones and the necessary hardware is delivered pre-configured and ready for use. Calls are routed over a highly available broadband connection (or an existing connection can may also be used) to the core network where they are switched for onwards routing.

Each user is provided with an on-line control panel that enables them to control their service in real time; everything from setting their voicemail to deliver messages to email, to turning on their call forwarding so all their calls are automatically transferred to their mobile phone.
