Connexus Networks provided a Nortel BCM 400 with a Call Centre Application to replace the existing system. The call centre applications answers all the calls to the Meningitis helpline and provides enhanced call handling and statistical information.
In addition to providing all of the Trust's telephony requirements, including line rental and a competitive call package, Connexus Networks provide a home working solution including broadband to all of the Trust's remote workers
